Denys, we believe in you! 2

Denys was born prematurely, at 26 weeks with a weight of only 900 grams. At the age of one and a half, he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and bilateral sensorineural hearing loss of IV-V degree. Thanks to cochlear implantation, Denys heard his first sounds and began to understand speech. He is already answering questions and making simple sentences as a result of the work of speech therapists, defectologists and sign language teachers, as well as constant rehabilitation sessions.

Daily physical therapy sessions, massages, acupuncture, swimming and hippotherapy have paid off: at the age of 3, Denys learned to sit, at 3.5 - to stand with a support, and at 4.4 - to walk with a walker. Now he has learned to stand on his own and walk with four-pointed canes, overcoming pain and difficulties.

Our goal is to teach Denys to walk independently so that he can play with other children and live a full life. Step by step, we are moving towards our dream and believe in our son.
