Let’s equip a “Happy Kitchen” for a new family-type children’s home! “Happy homes” give little orphans a wonderful opportunity to live in their real home with their new loving parents. What is the happiest place in every home? It is, of course, the kitchen! Please help us equip the kitchen for a new family-type children’s home we should open soon in our “Happy village”!

The family-type children’s homes or as we call them “Happy homes” are the best alternative to state institutions such as orphanages. No matter how wonderful conditions are offered in orphanages – it won’t replace abandoned children love of their parents and warmth of their real home. The “Happy homes” welcome orphaned kids and their foster parents.

Thanks to Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace and many kind donors, the “Happy Child” charity foundation managed to create one of such “Happy homes” in Ukrajinka village in the Zaporizhzhia region. The first floor of this home has already some happy dwellers. Thanks to your donations, we could equip the kitchen and bedrooms.

We are looking forward to welcoming some more dwellers on the second floor. We are currently reconstructing this part of the building and hope to finish all the works by winter. As soon as the construction works are over, we can actually invite a new family there… But…

This “but” is very important. A new family cannot enjoy their new home without the kitchen. A big company of little family members needs the place where they can have their everyday meals and celebrate holidays! We will be grateful to you for any financial assistance for equipping our kitchen and purchasing all the necessary household appliances for the family-type children’s home. We really need to buy such items as:
Oven;
Washing machine;
Water cooler;
Kitchen hood;
Electric kettle;
Microwave oven;
Refrigerator.
We need approximately 30,000 hryvnyas to buy all these appliances.

New little dwellers of the family-type children’s home will be forever grateful to you for your kind support!
