In connection with Russia's military aggression against Ukraine, the Zaporizhzhya Regional Children's Clinical Hospital has become the hospital that receives all children who were injured in the region and who are evacuated from Mariupol. Now the hospital is receiving a large number of injured patients, children with gunshot wounds, children who spent two weeks in basements, children who suffered from the destruction of buildings.

Currently, five children are in serious condition in the hospital's intensive care unit. Another 5 have been transferred to other intensive care units. Just yesterday, 4 children were injured during an evacuation from Mariupol to Zaporizhia. They were shelled by the Russian military. According to Oleksandr Starukh, head of the Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration, three children whose families tried to leave Mariupol came under fire in the former Gulyaypol district. Unfortunately, one child is in serious condition. Another family came under fire in Kamenskoye, where a child is also in serious condition. Currently, medics are fighting for the lives of the children.

The aim of this project is to buy medicines and equipment for emergency medical aid to victims of military operations in Zaporizhzhya region and provide doctors with everything they need for their work.
