In the fifth class Kostya began to complain of a headache in the forehead. His mother took him to the hospital, the doctor examined the boy, a blood test showed nothing wrong. The doctor said that the baby is healthy, just overwork in school. A year later, Kostya has frequent headaches. The child became worse to see. After examination eye doctor said that the child dies optic nerve, it is recommended to go for consultation to the regional hospital. In the Odessa clinic Filatova, where Kostya went with his parents, he underwent brain MRI and was diagnosed with a glioma of the left optic nerve.

The tumor is benign. But it is at the intersection of the optic nerves, and doctors fear that the surgery to remove it may hurt them. Then Kostya completely will be blind. The only solution at the moment: a course of chemotherapy to "kill" glioma completely or at least move it to be able to do the surgery

The boy is a good student in school, loves mathematics. Kostya is left-handed, and he has a very beautiful handwriting. And a boy loves sports and all that is connected with the sport three years, he is engaged in the section Greco-Roman wrestling, he participated in competitions, often won prizes. Playing football in the school and neighborhood teams. His dream – to become an athlete.

This is a very kind, sympathetic and inquisitive boy. "My whyer" – so kindly calls his mom. At home of Kostya lives cat, a cat, a ferret will be available soon.
