Little Mykyta was born very difficult... Doctors planned to do a cesarean, because the baby was big, but in the end the woman gave birth on her own. The baby was worn, dark-green waters began to flow away from the future mother, and Mykyta swallowed them. The liquid filled the baby's lungs, he could not breathe on his own.

Doctors urgently placed Mykyta under a mechanical ventilation device, where the boy spent 9 long days. After that, mom and son moved to another hospital, where doctors found a pressure sore in the potilitsovoy part of Mykyta’s head. The boy stayed in this hospital for another 2 months.

When his mother and Mykyta were at home, it became clear that the boy did not develop like the other children: he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Over his 2 years of life, the boy has already visited 8 rehabilitation courses, after which he learned to sit a bit, now he babbles and laughs a lot, likes to play with other children. Rehabilitation helps to improve the condition of the baby, he has a chance for a full life in motion on his own. But for this you need to make a lot of effort now.

However, there are no funds for a new course of treatment in the boy’s relatives. We ask all kind people to support Mykyta and help us send him for treatment at the Priorytet center.
