Hryhorii Ivanovich is from a large rural family in which there were four children. His parents were not strong, thе father was a disabled person of the 1st group war, his mother was also disabled. They lived poorly, hard and worked hard. And when a pimple appeared on a boy’s leg, no one even paid attention. To go to the hospital far and there was no time. The life path of this man did not differ from his peers. Hryhorii Ivanovich graduated from high school, then entered the Sosnovsk vocational school. The guy was already preparing for the wedding when he received a summons to the army. On weekends, the young people got married, and on Monday at 5 a.m. he was already at the military registration and enlistment office in Korets. After serving in the army, he returned home. By that time, a child was already born in this young family. Hryhorii Ivanovich got a job and for a long time repairing the roads. But the hard work made itself felt: there was a pain in the knee of the previously operated leg. Hryhorii Ivanovich returned to his former profession – carpentry. For 32 years he worked for the state in one place.

Life went its own way. Children grew up, scattered around the world, like birds. One clouded family life - his wife was seriously ill. For 13 years, she suffered 5 insults. All this time, Hryhorii Ivanovich courted her. In 2006, another insult, the woman fell into a coma and, without leaving it, died. Since that time, Grigory Ivanovich was left alone. Man found solace in his work. But his health failed. The ambulance took him from the workplace. "That is all, the guy has worked out", decided Hryhorii Ivanovich. Angina pectoris, ischemia, vasoconstriction... 2 stents have been placed for him, and two need to be placed. “Hard work is contraindicated for me. But I can still command!", ironically says Hryhorii Ivanovich on this occasion.

He lives alone. Talking with him is a pleasure – despite all the hardships and health problems, Grigory Ivanovich is cheerful and optimistic: "I have a minimal pension, like everyone else. One must pay for medicines, then for gas. Spin, spin – and the end are not visible. But I try not to lose heart". For the treatment of heart disease, this elderly man needs Plavix in the quantity of 12 packs for the amount of 8,877 UAH.
