A month ago Mykola’s mother gave her 1.5-year-old son a little sister. He was very happy with this gift but he even didn’t have enough time to play with her. Unexpectedly Mykola felt bad, there was a strange smell of acetone and he began to vomit and to have convulsions. The doctors suspected a high cranial pressure. The boy was diagnosed with brain tumor. Mykola was sent to the regional hospital where had a surgery aimed at inserting a shunt system. It was required urgently to normalize an intracranial pressure. And then Mykola went to the Institute of Neurosurgery. Doctors are planning the boy's surgery.

The little patient is lying in a hospital bed feeling bad. His mother is beside him but she is very anxious and is occasionally crying. She just does not know what to do. Childbirth, surgery and treatment took away all their savings. They even had to sell livestock but still it was not enough. The hospital has almost not been provided with medicines and medical supplies and the mother has to buy everything. But she has no more money.

A one-month daughter is with her grandmother and her mother’s heart aches for her. Mykola’s mother wants so much to embrace her both children and to know that they are all right. Let’s help them!
