Let's improve Milana's future! 3

Milana is a 6-year-old girl, the younger of two daughters in the family. She was born prematurely, at only 30 weeks, weighing 1 kg and 490 grams. Resuscitation, four blood transfusions, a long time on a ventilator, and no prognosis from the doctors – such were the first months of this little girl's life.

At one year old, Milana was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, and at 18 months, she was again admitted to intensive care, followed by the Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Gynecology. Milana was then diagnosed with epilepsy, which prevented her from undergoing rehabilitation. Fortunately, the epilepsy was stopped (the last seizure was in early 2024), so rehabilitation specialists began to actively work with the girl. She also underwent surgery on her hip joints and feet, so she needs rehabilitation more than ever.

Thanks to your support, Milana has already undergone several courses of treatment, during which she took her first independent steps. The girl has learned new words, she began to say her name, and she has become more attentive and balanced. Although Milana walks with support, her legs are still hypertonic, her motor skills are impaired, and her vocabulary is limited.
