This story is about how viral encephalitis has crippled the childhood of a newborn baby. This happened when Nikita was 11 months old. Before that, he was a healthy boy, in his 7 months he walked, holding on to the support. But suddenly the baby enters the intensive care unit. During the day, Nikita lost all his skills and forgot everything he knew before...

The boy stopped walking, holding his head, chewing, swallowing, his face twisted, but there was a smile on his face, which still reminds of a carefree and healthy life before the illness. Despite the diagnosis, Nikita's intellect is preserved, doctors assure that his condition can be improved.

Because of the experience of encephalitis, the boy was diagnosed with spastic tetraparesis, with which Nikita is fighting to this day. He has dozens of hospitals and rehabilitation centers, injections and droppers. The kid was even in China’s clinic, which deals with brain diseases. After this treatment, Nikita began to chew solid food, turn himself over and get up, crawl and most importantly – he said his first word! Now he can stand alone by the wall for about 20 seconds, Nikita has become more attentive and intelligent.

Every day Nikita is a stepping stone to health. And it depends on our support, he will approach his goal, or he will go downstairs. Friends, now we are starting to raise funds for a new course of treatment in China and in the "Priorytet" center. Help put the boy and legs!
