Sofia was born a full-term girl by emergency cesarean section. The baby spent the first 9 days in the intensive care unit, including one day under a ventilator. Sofia developed like other healthy children, but at the age of 4 months she developed seizures. After that, the girl stopped performing her usual activities – the seizures provoked a developmental delay.

When Sofia was one year old, she was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and spastic diplegia during one of her medical examinations.

Now the girl is 2 years old, she can already roll over, kneel, and try to crawl, but spasticity slows down the development process. Sofia understands spoken language, and she has already developed an interest in toys and the world around her. The girl desperately needs qualified help, but her family has no money to pay for rehabilitation. Therefore, we ask you to support Sofia and help her with rehabilitation.
