ELEKS: Good deeds save the lives of children

The OHMATDYT hospital in Lviv is an independent specialized health care institution that provides highly qualified inpatient and consultative polyclinic medical care for young patients. The institution has existed for more than 70 years and is the leading children's medical institution in the region. Every year, more than 15,000 children receive counseling and assistance within the walls of the hospital. Unfortunately, government funding is not enough to provide doctors with state-of-the-art medical equipment. Our goal is to fix this.

The goal of this project is to purchase and transfer to OHMATDYT a children's flexible nasopharyngolaryngoscope and a set of instruments for laryngeal microsurgery. The flexible nasopharyngolaryngoscope will help to carry out modern diagnostics of diseases of the nose, pharynx and larynx for children from infancy.

A set of instruments for laryngeal microsurgery will expand the surgical capabilities of OHMATDYT's doctors and help provide qualified and modern care.

Joined the project ELEKS company, which is one of the largest software development service companies in Ukraine. In 2021, the ELEKS company celebrates its 30th anniversary of operation and decided to celebrate not with loud events, but with good deeds. One of the gifts that the company decided to make is the support of the little patients of the Lviv OHMATDYT.
